<p>Thus, eating or drinking proper content of calories in food greatly affects the body functions. The human body makes use of energy and the evidence is perspiration being released. There are certain percentages of energies that are being used by the body. For instance, brain metabolism is twenty percent and so the other remaining energy is being used by the organs and tissues in it. During cold season, or even in cold environments, the body uses energy to produce heat. This is important to maintain the body temperature, or else, it can cause frosting or freezing.</p>
<p>Maintaining a good posture and motion also requires energy. And so these calories in food also contribute to the well being of a person. An athlete for instance needs to eat and drink food which is high in calorie. <p>In this ever changing world, there are a lot of junk foods everywhere. Rich calories in food in food like fast food goods are a common. It is the number one food for people especially on a hurry and have no more time to go to the market, choose healthy foods and cook it on their own. The kids’ n general, there is no doubt that they would love these rich in calorie content foods. But as parents, and as concern citizens, we can still do something about this.</p>
